I'm very much a kid at heart. I long for days that use to be filled with coloring, naptimes, and snacktimes. When things were so much simplier. When friendships were easily won and we were too young to know about backstabbing and betrayal. I miss the way I use to feel like my parents were capable of everything and I could tell them all my troubles and they'd make them ago away. Long gone are those days. These days i realize the faults in my parents and their limits, though they are still the greatest driving forces in my life. Long gone are those naptimes and days spent playing. I value and understand what true friendships are now and am grateful for the handful of friends I have in my life...
